Four days in Portugal for the two of you. No school run. No inbox. No clock anywhere in the building.
She reads on the sofa. He watches something on his iPad. Two people who love each other, three feet apart, alone.
Nothing is wrong. Nobody is unhappy. That is exactly why neither of you can name it.
It is not a lack of love. It is a lack of energy.

Lived, not learned.
Nearly four decades of EU policy and entrepreneurship between us. Two decades of advanced training. Our real master teachers are our four kids and our relationship.
We have walked this path ourselves, in the corporate world and far beyond it. Nothing we teach you is theory, and nothing asks you to leave the life you have built.
You do the walking. We just know the road.
You do make love. You just want to make love differently.
You arrive on the Wednesday after lunch, and the week simply stops. Somebody else cooks. Nobody needs a lift anywhere. There is nothing to fix, nothing to organise and nobody to be capable in front of.
For four days the only thing on your list is each other.
And then you fly home. Not with a folder of theory, but with something small that still works on a wet Tuesday in January, in your own kitchen, with the children upstairs.
And at five minutes to twelve, the pleasure started two hours ago.

A valley in the hills of Portugal. A biopool, a sauna, a hammock that has been hanging there longer than most marriages. Birds in the morning. Air you can actually taste.
Even in December the light is warm enough to have breakfast outside in a jumper.

Every couple has their own private room. It is yours for the whole four days, somewhere to do your practices and to cocoon together afterwards.
The retreat is deliberately small, so it never feels crowded.

Vegetarian, local, seasonal, and cooked by people who take it seriously. Long tables looking over the valley. Long breakfasts, because for once nobody has anywhere to be.

Mornings start slowly, with movement as the sun comes over the mountain, then breakfast on the terrace. The rest of the morning you spend together, with the other couples.
After lunch the two of you are sent back to your own room with something to explore. Just you, at your own pace, behind your own door.
The afternoon opens up again. Then dinner. Then the evening, which is yours.
On Saturday there is a last morning together, and by noon we say goodbye.
You will not see a clock all week. That part is deliberate.

It is a tantric retreat for couples. If that word makes you picture something you would rather not, read the next three answers, because they are the ones everybody actually wants answered.
Only your partner. Always, and only ever your partner. Nobody else touches you at any point.
For the massage, yes. The couples share one warm room, each of you in your own bubble, and you are only ever with your own partner. There is no moment where the room undresses together, nothing is on display, and nobody is watching anybody. If you would rather keep something on, that is fine. Everything more private than that happens behind your own door.
Always, and without explaining yourselves. You set the pace, both of you, the whole way through.
Good. Neither is most of the room. Nobody chants at you and there is nothing to believe in.
For a good number of the couples there, it will be their first too. Nothing assumes you have done this before.
Most partners arrive sceptical and leave quietly delighted. If it helps, put them on a call with Yasser. Ten minutes usually settles it. Book one here.
No. Think of it as a small holiday where time is not an issue. There is a shape to the days, but nobody is watching the clock and nothing is compulsory.
A small group, no more than thirteen couples, mostly in their forties and fifties, mostly with children and full lives. People much like you.
All vegetarian, all local, all included. Tell us about allergies in advance and the kitchen handles it.
Fly to Lisbon or Faro. We send full travel notes with the welcome letter, and we will help you sort transfers.
English.
€2,050 per person, so €4,100 for the two of you. That covers your room for three nights, all meals and the full four days. A deposit of €1,900 holds your place and the balance follows in October.
The deposit secures your room and is non refundable, because a late cancellation cannot be filled at this size. The full terms come with your booking confirmation.
Twenty minutes with one of us. No pitch, no pressure. You ask whatever you need to ask, and we tell you honestly whether this retreat is right for the two of you.
